Buzzworthy Volunteers

All of Carver Center PTA’s volunteers are amazing. They pour in countless hours to make sure the staff is taken care of, the school has what it needs, and the children and parents have programs to help them thrive. Below are just a few of the volunteers that go above and beyond, continually serving in excellence.

Volunteers of the Month

September

Meaghan Hall

Meaghan helped organize and run Boosterthon and the Fun Run fundraiser we had this month. She went above and beyond and to help our Hornets have fun and meet our fundraising goal! Thank you, Meaghan!

October

MaryBeth Harrison

MaryBeth took over the Room Mom coordinator position and hit the ground running. She’s been an amazing help at getting each teacher set up with room parents to help with parties, activity, and more. We deeply appreciate all her hard work and all she does to support Carver teachers and parents!

November

Beth Dumas

Beth is in charge our our Book Worm program that enables each student to receive a free book from PTA’s book vending machine once each semester. This program encourages our Hornets’ love of reading and puts two new books into each student’s hand every year. Additionally, Beth planned, organized, and ran our Red Ribbon Week program that promotes staying drug-free in fun and exciting ways. We are so thankful for all Beth does to make Carver such a wonderful place for our students.
